Soul Sessions
Soul Sessions are 90-minute deep-dive consultations for heart-to-heart support and guidance. We’ll explore your current astrology within the context of your life’s key evolutionary themes, your personal goals, and highest potentials for fulfillment. Receive intuitive and astrological guidance, tailored to where you are right now.
Typically, we’ll meet every 4-8 weeks however you may set the pace however you wish.
In each session, we’ll explore different aspects of your chart, bringing greater self-awareness and empowerment to your spiritual and healing journey. You’ll learn how to navigate key passages with more ease and perspective and flow mindfully with cosmic rhythms. Understand when to take advantage of energetic opportunity periods for action and expansion, and when to pause for rest and integration. Fall deeply in love with yourself as you cultivate radical alignment with your authentic nature and shift stagnant patterns.
Come with a specific question or simply open the space to reflect, receive, and realign.
If you choose, this work may be complimented by hypnotherapy to support you in shifting subconscious blocks and establishing new neural pathways.
